Our Process

• Pack-Out

  We will sort, photograph and digitally document, pack and label each item assigning a tracking bar code to each box and furniture piece using our state of the art software. We will provide you the home owner, a list with descriptions of every box and it's contents and tagged items, so that you can request delivery of any item, at any point during the process, by simply contacting our office with the box numbers and or tag numbers.

• Total Loss Inventory

  The Total Loss Inventory is an extremenly detailed listing of every single item damaged in your home. We dig through construction debris as well as melted destroyed contents to insure that we document every possible item lost. Our Total Loss experts will price each item, provide website links to each item sourced. We will then sit down with you to help you understand what is required to age and correct any item that was purchased at a price greater than listed.

• Contents Restoration & Cleaning

  At our facility we clean, deordorize, polish and refinish each item. From the antique china cabinet to the silverware, no job is too small. We work for each and everyone of our homeowners. Part of the requirement for working with Fire Care is to have compassion for home owners and to treat your belongings the way we would want our family's belongings to be treated.

• Storage Pack-Back

  Finally, upon completion of repairs we return your cleaned and restored property to your renovated home. Our team will transport all your belongings from our storage location to your home and unpack all your boxes and place everything back to it original location. Picture frames go back exaclty where they were. We are happy to get you back to your normal everyday life.
