We will help you get two weeks worth of clothing for you and each member of you family, and process them as an emergency service, getting them delivered to your temporary housing within 24-48 hours. There will be no out of pocket expense.

When appropriate we can connect you with a public adjuster, fire restoration contractors, and relocation services for temporary residence while your home and posssesions are being restored.

Pack-Out
We will walk through your home and assess which items are restorable and which items are deemed a total loss. We will then sort, photograph and digitally document pack and label each item assigning a tracking bar code to each box and furniture piece. We will then transport all personal belongings to our facility.
Contents Restoration & Cleaning
We will sort, digitally document, pack, label, catalog, insure and transport all your restorable posessions. At our facility we clean, deordorize, polish, and refinish each item.
Comprehensive Total Loss Inventory
Fire Care will accurately document and assign dollar amounts to the items deemed a total loss. We then give you the list to review and tell us when you purchased each item and approve the dollar amounts assigned. Fire care works with adjusters before submitting it to your insurance company to help you recover the most from your loss. Upon their approval, you will receive compensation from them.
Pack-Back
Finally, we return your belongings to your restored home and place them where they were in the photos taken by Fire Care team members.

We have a relocation service that we use that bills the insurance company directly and will get you and your family, plus any pets into lodging, even if the insurance company cannot be reached.
